That dude violates eBay listing practices by avoiding ebay fees and listing his contact info. eBay sellers should read their rules before posting to possibly scam someone, especially in regards to high dollar vehicles like a hellcat. besides the VIN listed you can find who the dealership is for LOL

Well eBay killed the listing LOL. GOOD! Ya you're right, you have to agreement with the dealership to purchase the car so once this numbnut has your $5k and cancels his order with the dealer, they have no obligation to slide you into his spot since they are not part of this listing or agreement.

yep it was reported scammers always exist but then good people exist too to handle scammers.

Ebay did NOT end the listing. It SOLD! Somebody is now the proud owner of a VON, and is out five grand, hope for their sake they eventually get a Hellcat.
