The rough part, is after he pays the $5K, the 'lucky buyer' takes over the order, but the conniving ebay seller already knows that his local Dodge dealer never gets any Hellcat allocations, just VON's but never anything past that! So, it's win - win, for the dealer, and the seller, and the only 'loser' is the rube that pays the five grand and is left with nothing but being on a waiting list for years on end!

Well eBay killed the listing LOL. GOOD! Ya you're right, you have to agreement with the dealership to purchase the car so once this numbnut has your $5k and cancels his order with the dealer, they have no obligation to slide you into his spot since they are not part of this listing or agreement.

Ebay did NOT end the listing. It SOLD! Somebody is now the proud owner of a VON, and is out five grand, hope for their sake they eventually get a Hellcat.
