Ebay did NOT end the listing. It SOLD! Somebody is now the proud owner of a VON, and is out five grand, hope for their sake they eventually get a Hellcat.

Both auctions where ended by the seller, ebay did not shut them down (that doesn't mean they wouldn't). There were no buyers listed

Do an advanced search shows no buyers on either auctions $5000 or $10000

Buyer's names (or ID's) aren't usually listed, are they? I thought ended listings usually show as ENDED? These were buy it now not auction.

Buyers ID are on every auction so is the auction number, auctions states auction ended and there is no buyer, which means it was ended by the seller.

I thought that paying a fee for pre order was against the dealer agreement. sounds fishy to me
