Can you explain why you list tire availability when you actually cannot source the product listed? Example: I ordered Nitto NT555 G2 in size 315/40 18 from my local Discount Tire a couple months ago. At the time, they told me that it would take a few days to get them because supply was low but not to worry they would have them. A month later they then told me that they aren't available because of a manufacturer issue. Why didn't they just tell me this a month before (and before taking my deposit)? Now when I look on the website, this same tire lists as "Available now, arrives in 1-5 business days". So I again call my local store to see if they've just forgotten to tell me my tires are now available. Again, they look in the system and find that none are available. Seems like really bad business practice to represent something available that you cannot provide.
