Granted, most dealerships and their staff are shitshows now but the dealership I spoke to said that a customer's jailbreak order was declined and that I would have similar luck with the REs. Told me I should wait until 2023 to see what comes in.

Not every dealer can’t get a jailbreak and if they do, it may be only 1-2. You should be able to order a nbre but not the wide body

I would not wait for the 2023's. It will be a bloodbath trying to get one built. That's why I ordered a '22. My suggestion would be call around and see if any dealership has any coming in for stock or if any customers have cancelled their orders. You might get lucky.

FYI - Dan Cummins has 7 Hellcats on their website. New Dodge Challenger in Paris | Dan Cummins Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Paris

I just ordered on 5/17, NBRE, got a VON & VIN a couple days later. Ordered at Dan Cummins, although Towbin in Las Vegas and Jack Pheland in Illinois both offered me tremendous deals. Jack Pheland was even trying to beat the 4% but I just stuck with DC.

Very helpful guys. Thank you. So I live in NJ. If I were to order one from DC or Towbin or JP will it ship to NJ? Obviously I am new at this. I bought my 2019 HC M6 used locally.
I ordered from Koons in Tysons Corner VA. It's a 200 mile/4 hour trip from cenrtal NJ with traffic. That's easy driving. We towed ours back just to avoid the potholes on I-95.

Oh yeah, Koons is a good deal too. Probably the best, but I live in CA and they don't sell to us. DC is shipping my car from KY to CA once it arrives, a lot of these places can handle shipping your car to you, another step but worth it. I would reach out to all these places ASAP. I know orders for 22's are going to end soon, and 23 is gonna be a shit show.

Pretty sure it is not Cali Compliant. make sure you can register it in CA before you buy.

I know I have to get the car smogged and inspected once it gets here, but I've messaged a few other people who ordered out of state and registered in California and no one has had an issue registering it.

Whats different for California cars? Arent all 50 state compliant? This is from my build sheet from Koons...
I’ve brought in a few cars to CA. All cars now a days have the exact same emissions. However, CA always wants a taste, and CA created a specific ca emissions sticker that says the car is ca compliant. All cars are compliant, regardless of addtional sticker. If the car does not have the CA sticker, can’t bring it in, at least until it’s officially used or going through additional hassle at the DMV. To avoid extra grief, CA sticker is like an extra $10 and needs to be selected when ordering the car. It’s all nonsense.
