I currently have a 2018 Charger Scat Pack that I had a towing receiver installed to trailer my motorcycle and it works great. I have a 2022 Charger HCRE on order (for the last 8 months). Is there any reason I wouldn't be able to install the hitch on the HC?

Warranty would be the only reason, depending on who sees this hitch.

Saw a Vette pulling a trailer with a dirt bike the other day.

The 24 Challenger/Charger will need a hitch to tow the 10kw generator.

a hitch does nothing to affect your warranty
Sure it could, you have a transmission issue and the dealer sees the hitch? They flag the car and FCA who has said the car is prohibited to tow, will back the dealer.

Agree with this. We usually wont buy passenger cars if there is a hitch installed for our used car business. Today’s transmissions are made of glass. A hitch means hotter than normal trans temps and a higher chance for failure. I’d imagine them hassling you with a trans warranty claim after seeing a hitch on a car.
