The call in and attempt to give them your shipping number is pure entertainment. It took me 3 days just to get it to actually work and not just disconnect me when I tried. ResumeSpeed has listed it before, you need your tracking number also.

Well mine was ordered 1/12 and has a later VIN 836363 so it's fresher

Google jeep garage all 1 word. Inside search for vehicle tracking. You'll find it. they have a back door into dodge tracking. To use it you have to become a premium user. Then provide last 7 of vin you'll get updates 2 times a day.
I believe you need to sign up for premium level 3 for $25 which will give you access.
Tall, thanks for volunteering to track everyones rail requests. You can now take some heat off of RS...kind of like an RS lite...LOL...Just kidding....don't nobody bombard Tall with requests. I am just too cheap to spend the $25.
No affiliation. As soon as your assigned a vin you'll see your car through entire process, all changes even minute ones (through the entire build.) RS probably has access to same. But asking him for that level on a car / car basis, that would be some heavy lifting. Given I ordered June received 12/31, it was worth the fee to me to just periodically check and know what I was seeing was accurate updates twice daily. It really helped in the end watching the car move from Brampton to Oregon. I saw each change and knew the car was ready for my dealer to get before they did. For me 25 was worth it, it's a 70k car after all...
