Been driving my '19 REWB on the same roads I drove my '15 Hellcat on.....and I've not noticed any wandering or tramlining while driving....

Really depends on the roads. Here we have really crowned roads so it can get annoying.

^^^agree. For me I experience more on highways that are “rutted.” I have put skinnier tires up front and experience it much less than when I had 315’s upfront.

Some tramlining is to be expected when your roads have bad grooves, but if it feels "all over the road" I would get it in for a suspension and alignment check.

What size did you go with up doesn’t?
Assuming you’re asking what size up front. I run a very staggered set up. I have 225 up front and 345 in the rear. But if I were to go larger, I would stick to 275 personally…never liked something larger upfront as it feels like a waste on these cars. Only advantage is keeping square and being able to rotate…which is fair…but not what I prefer.

Driver mod needs adjustment. All big tire cars tramline (sizes >275 on front). To offset this, you have to consciously adjust your position in the lane to straddle the tiny little grooves made by all the CRVs and Civcs. I habitually favor the right edge of the road with my tires both to the right of the ruts. I also have driven motorcycles a lot, and same with a bike, you learn to not ride in the ruts.

Yep just a quirk of the tires

It's not the tires themselves, it's the WIDTH of the tires......having said that, stickier tires - like Michelin PS4S's - don't seem to do it as much.

It has to do mainly with width, but tire composition as well. Michelins don't tend to tramline as much because they have great flexibility. More rigid compound tires like Nittos and Firestones don't flex laterally very much, and thus tramline like mad. The Michelins still tramline, but it isn't to the same degree. Tire pressure also matters. The higher you go from 32 psi, the harder they get.

Definitely get a good alignment. It makes a world of difference in the handling on these cars! I'd recommend Roanoke Motor Company in Roanoke, IL if you're anywhere nearby. They do chassis setups on racing Vipers too.

Considering the lack of problems experienced by others, it seems as if alignment may be the primary thing to tackle.

PS more pressure usually leads to less tramlining.
