Am I missing some of the story? Year, mods, driving style..........? What does the Bruder Brothers use?
16 hellcat M6 , lead foot, 900wheel hp, fbo and X85 running 2.5 upper and 10 lower, 1300cc injectors, legmaker, 4inch mids, fuel-system, and demon performance tune.

Sorry I'm a little slow, what is FBO? Full Bolt On? Intake, pullys, fuel pump, injectors, tune, down pipe, exhaust. Anything else included in FBO?
yes, precisely , but im missing throttle body and headers, but yes.
Look up that mod to fame guy. He has a manual with a twin turbo and has been through several transmissions and is ordering a billet geared trans.
will do, just got of the phone with craig ,owner of liberty gears, mostly likely getting a new tr6060 and face plating it their package is $6300 and 3200 for new tremec, hopefully he can give me something for my core.
plus shipping, looking like 10k,
either that or swap in a TH400 and convert to auto.

Stock blower?
yes at the moment. keep in mind i don't shift past 6300 rpm.
23k at 6700 rpm, at 6300 its 21.8 , usually shifts being between 5900 and 6300 its still ok, car runs great no issues apart from this Tremec, no powershifting involved this time.
Lol
Hope you get it fixed up and that blower stays healthy.
just got of the phone again with liberty gears, very good people indeed , however their weight times are 4-6 months, well turns out ill be going TH400 swap kit from OST dyno if they are stocked up , and a buddy will do a swap, also the plan is to get a 4.9KB mammoth and a chiller, i keep hearing the motors are good for 1100 factory bottom end, true or ?
all 3 transmissions same issue,
Damn that’s nasty! What exactly gave out?
first two transmissions i was powershifting when racing, this last one i was just regularly shifting, fourth gear only gear that's working in all 3 failed gearboxes, so lost 12356R
This may or may not help in your situation because I'm not sure my trans will fit the Challenger. But I have a brand new fully built RPM/GForce T56 with billet dog ring gears that will butter shift to 11k rpm and hold over 1000 lbft for sale. Not sure if the T56 is much different in size as the TR6060 to be honest, but if they are similar, this may solve your issues. I had RPM/GForce build it for my 1100 whp S2000 but ended up going with the Samsonas sequential instead, so I'm selling the T56. It also comes with a Quicktime scattershield, but the front flange would need to be changed to fit the hellcat, if it can be used. Also comes with a MGW shifter.

Anyway, I'm looking to get $6800 for the built T56 if you're interested. I have over $8k in it.
i hear those dog ring are mostly good in quarter mile dig cars, which is only 25% of racing i do the rest is roll, also something like they wear out real quick.? i'm gonna look into it man, for now tho im leaning towards a rossler unit XHD TH400, this is my third manual in the same year...

They definitely don't wear fast but they do shift way faster than synchro gearsets. My S2000 is a street car 75% of the time as well and shifting a dog ring geared box on the street isn't bad at all to be honest. Hell, if you do it right, you don't even need to use the clutch when power shifting. Kind of like a street bike gearbox.

Just something to think about.
definitely, how ever man i spoke to brad from liberty today and he said that biggest problem with manual version of cars is that 4500lb weight and torque, and thats why they keep on breaking, plus i am planning to do KB and not sure a manual is gonna be able to hold that.

hey man so it does bolt up , how ever will need a custom drive shaft, also when was this transmission built?
This is why I am spending so much attention on weight reduction first. The net gain in efficiency and reliability far it weighs throwing power at it in a stick car. A8s, have fun pulley down.

The TH400 conversion is the smart money, especially if you add a GV OD.
yep, my heart says manual, but my brain dictates TH400, i have no choice but to do the logical choice, especially after all these failures, hopes are high that rossler has some inventory.
RPM built it about 3 years ago, but it has never been used, brand new.
i will let you know man, gonna do a couple measurements , call a couple people and see how things work, definitely an option, do you have the spec sheet? , ty
Here is my sale receipt that shows the build specs. If you want a true spec sheet, i can contact RPM and get that for you.
