just trying to see , the factory shaft will work, with this length wise, and also going to need bellhousing , but interested forsure
I don't think I could live with a 3 speed but if the car only has one purpose then I guess that makes it different.just got of the phone again with liberty gears, very good people indeed , however their weight times are 4-6 months, well turns out ill be going TH400 swap kit from OST dyno if they are stocked up , and a buddy will do a swap, also the plan is to get a 4.9KB mammoth and a chiller, i keep hearing the motors are good for 1100 factory bottom end, true or ?
yep , i'm still looking at options, spooling got a Very nice t56 however gotta look and see it it will work with my monster triple disc, and factory DSI don't think I could live with a 3 speed but if the car only has one purpose then I guess that makes it different.
This will come with a $1200 Quicktime scattershield that I highly recommend. If it'll work, you may just need to put in new holes on the flange to fit the hellcat engine. Or cut the flange off and weld one on for the hellcat. Just an idea if you wanted to think about trying to use it if you happen to get the trans. Or you may just be able to use the stock bell and be good to go.just trying to see , the factory shaft will work, with this length wise, and also going to need bellhousing , but interested forsure
logical thinking. , and the safest option,Just go auto and be done with it. If you are that into racing the manual needs to go
track is about 20-35 % for now and street is the other 60%, eventually it will be a strip only car, thinking of also doing the bottom end not sure yet of what assembly is better, forged and or billet, however work-in progress, going to do the trans and bigger blower for now, and come fall time start with the motor.I saw in your for sale thread and that you are planning on going to a stage 3 build.
Are you building for track purpose?
It would be helpful to know for recommendations and you could also start a build thread.
