Tried multiple ways to do an introductory post but have mostly failed. I am very old and not overly tech savvy but have certainly posted on many other forums. Navigated to the "Introduction Thread" and posted but it appeared at the bottom of the page instead of the top (or most recent). Can someone give this old man some direction? Don't want this to be a thread starter so if a mod could delete it that would be great. Thanks

Ah, thanks for the welcome. I am a wannabe Hellcat Redeye owner who is making do for the moment with a 2017 Go Mango Scat Pack Challenger with the Dynamics package as my daily and a 2012 ZL1 for my weekend car. Actually have been lurking a while and tried to follow the rules about an introduction post as I was seeking help with the touch screen delamination problem. Fumbled and stumbled my way through a PM to "thetalonguyh" and he was so very kind to point me down the path to the cheapest fix. I am very old (62) but always have had a modded or fast car and I like to do the test and tune night at the strip on occasion. Since I struggled to even post then cropping and uploading a pick would take an act of god and I don't have a Redeye to show at the moment. Looking for a Charger Hellcat Redeye in Go Mango without a sunroof and have not made up my mind on the wheels - either the standard 5 split spoke design or the Warp Speed perhaps. I have the Alcantara in my ZL1 and it does great on the seats but wears out quickly on the steering wheel and shift knob so may stay away from this. Anyway, if I have something to share I sure will since I have learned a lot from the board already. Thanks and I will try on the pic when I find a car or more than likely bite the bullet and order from Hellcat Jesus. Thanks again.
Great choice of future fun. Welcome and by the way, 62 is def not “very old”. There are plenty of guys here that are your seniors by more than a few years. You’ll fit in nicely here.

This is probably my first or second post on these forums but I am not new to forums... and you are not 'old'. I bought a Challenger HC in Frostbite back in January because I was finally done driving Vipers (after twenty years and three cars). Here's a pic of my HC on the Dragon back in July. I love the blue but I wish it was HellRaisin.
