If you want to run occasional Nitrous and/or an alternative secondary Fuel cell (Race Gas, Methane, E85) can you have one tuned download to handle:
1) Normal driving with Tank 93octane
2) Swithc to the N20 on, or the ALT Fuel cell for at the track

Since N20 supply is limited and Race gas expensive and like E85 can be hard to get I see these as switchable ON/OFF.

But would be a pain if have to download between 93 factory tune And an ALT fuel tune back and forth with the Diablo to switch fuel sources.

Can the HEMI PCMs be tuned to use the ALT Fuel in Track and 93 standard in Sport/Eco? So as to avoid annoying downloads?

What are you guys doing?

If you have a 18+ you can add the demon options and tune for HO mode. Which could be for nitrous or race fuel.
This wont work for e85 because of fueling but you could do a flex fuel tune so the computer adjusts for e50, e60, e85 etc

Oxygenated gas. Engine Masters did some episodes on which gas was the best, and they decided on this.

You can inject nitrous and an alternative fuel as you would any other time (ie. alcohol injection). Pre- or post-rotor. Each has its advantages and disadvantages. Depending upon the volume of each there are limits to how much you can get away with without ECM tuning (timing/EQ ratios). A good progressive controller is paramount.

As mentioned, 2018+ cars can have alternate fuel tunes via the HO function. Added costs are obvious, as are it's limitations (single fuel source/type). But, it will remap timing and fueling - so you can add nitrous and having timing pulled to compensate.

Sorry the upgrade to Hellcat didn’t pan out for me financially, still have a 392 SPWB charger. I was assuming modes would be similar to HC. I assume no HO available in a SP…

More regrets not able to order a HC in 2020.
