My 2015 HC Charger FULLY LOADED with options including sun roof and UconnectNAV listed for $70,670 new. A Base Model HCWB with 0 options starts at $78,595. That's a $16,300 increase from base madel ($62,295) for 10 HP and WB or a roughly 25% increase in price. My fully optioned 2015 cost $8,000 less than a new base model HC Charger and that was if they paid sticker.

In all seriousness yeah it’s a lot of money but it’s what I want with every option I could want. I also THINK they will hold value as well being a “rare” model.

I don’t care what you guys say about it being nothing special because numbers count there probably will be less that 1000 JBs produced. I’ll pay for the badge.

Its why I want a Super Stock.

It won't touch Demon build numbers at the current rate. Still not even 1,000 of them have been built over 3 years.
Yes, its not a Demon and missing its missing stuff, its still bad ass in its own right. And I won't feel guilty about modifying and racing it.

Thing is they’ll ALL hold their value now because of the platform ending. You just paid more than most. Will a JB be worth 10-15k more than a ”regular” Redeye of the same year? Maybe but I’m skeptical. Platform going away will ensure all Hellcats will hold their value and so the JB being just a rebadged Redeye won’t make it stand out in any special way other than low production numbers imo. My guess is no one even knows what JB’s are down the line. People already have no idea what the SS is and that car has more Demon DNA than a JB does. I dont think rarity/badges alone will make it hold value over an SS. In the end there may be more SS‘s but they are still relatively rare overall and share more Demon DNA which is where the value will be imo. I really think the SS will be the one that holds it’s value strongest of all the non Demons.
Not bashing the JB by any means but I certainly would not pay more for one based on future collectibility when a Demon cousin can be had for less.

Well if you're looking for a collectibility in my opinion I think the 50th anniversary wide body shaker scat in Gold Rush is going to be a collector

I agree. The one on eBay is so overpriced, but awesome and a M6. iirc they started out with a BIN of 165 or some such nonsense and now 115. What would the sticker be on that car, 60-65ish?

Didn't buy my JB as an investment, bought it because I enjoy having one. I also ordered it the way I wanted it, not what some future buyer may want.
X2 with my SS, and I modified it the way I want. Don’t really care about future value, but I am keeping all of the oem parts so I can put it back to 100% stock. Just built a crate for the 2.7 and tucked it away last night. Modified cars aren’t worth squat.

Very true, it seems like everyone heavily modifies these cars whether it’s aesthetically or on the performance end. The stock cars will be the unicorns. Doesn’t matter if it’s an SS, JB, Hellcat, Redeye, Scat, T/A, SRT, A8, M6, or certain colors, widebody, standard body, the stock cars will be the ones that bring the money.

I got my for Smoke Show RE for $90k. Sticker was $96k and it had 4k miles and speced out with every possible option from Dodge.

I was happy just to find a Smoke Show RE with that kinda mileage and especially will all the options that was around sticker with such low miles cause some I looked at were $10-20k over!

But I could not find a single Smoke Show anywhere in the country with those options when I was looking. I was just gonna ship it.

I think the color and the fact that it has ALL options will increase the value over time. But the SS, Demon and Trackhawk and Durango HC will be worth most imo. The JB will be hit and miss depending on what options one ordered cause some are just train wrecks smh.

But fortunately these cars are really fast stock so most ppl just do bolt-ons that can be returned to stock easily and no one would know the difference. Shit, bolt on crap can yield another 250-300 hp!

If its a RE, SS or JB the motor and trannies will not be touched by 95% of the owners. I think most Trackhawk owners will do the same. Just bolt-ons.

But I agree stock will be worth most for sure. That was my issue buying a GNX. Their just slow AF in stock form but anyone who bought one knew if u started to mod it the value plummeted!

These cars dont have that issue cause they are so fast stock so I think a good portion of owners will not ruin theirs like I will likely ruin mine. 😂

Good find. My JB is 94k sale price so it’s not THAT much more money. It’s 104k after all the tax and fees. Sales tax alone is almost 7k here.
I agree some JBs are going to be unique lol.

Black with gunmetal stripes. Black laguna interior with carbon fiber and suede headliner.
Stripes are vinyl so they can be removed whenever if I get bored of them.
