After putting my pin in and going to valet mode, we could not get out of it because it would not except my pin.
We unhooked the battery and waited the minute a couple of times. It still doesn't work. We also put the cat in the right mode to reset.
Any suggestions?

gotta unhook both pos and neg terminals off the battery , then try to start the car.. that way it drains any power in system.. then rehook up..

also make sure all your systems are booted up before entering or exiting valet mode or funky things can happen

assuming a full capacitive discharge will reset it (as seems to be consensus, never tried it), disconnect battery positive cable and ground it for 5 seconds.
this will reset all modules and may require recalibration of certain systems (SAS, door modules, etc.).

Yeah this will work for sure. But also leave it disconnected for 1 min according to what I went through with UConnect and SRT support and it worked for me. Hope this helps isawondfl

Ummm no, battery is disconnected. It's called a capacitive discharge. We do it a lot on weird issues

I certainly hope that just disconnecting the battery terminals for a few seconds doesn't override the valet mode secret pin!
If that's the case then its pretty easy for some hooligan to bypass the valet feature making the feature useless!
I would hope for that there is some type of official reset that only the dealership could do.

they wont know what your code was to reset it to way it was before you return
