I put the vibrant resonators on my hellcat and I'm about to sell it and the buyer asked me if it'll pass inspection where he is in NC. I told him it should but I honestly don't know. If anyone does know let me know lol. I just replaced the mid pipes with the vibrant resonators. The rest of the exhaust is stock

Does your inspection include sound compliance? If so, then no. Wisconsin only really cares about emissions, and noise is a local thing. You can remove mufflers and resonators, and as long as you pass emissions, you're ok.

If its strictly emissions, there will be no issues as long as the stock manifolds and cats are in place. Sound compliance might not be.

How do resonators equate to smog? LOL

NC does not do smog tests (maybe some counties, but pretty sure most don't), only readiness and visual inspection. Besides mufflers are after the cats which is what impacts emissions. Mufflers are for sound control.
