Try Factory Reset on the Radio Menu twice with the ignition in the Run Position, Fuse F37 in the trunk fuse box.

Try both the control on the console and on the steering wheel.

PUSH the volume button, it also mutes it, so it might be muted.

Mine acts dumb sometimes and whatever volume it is on it stays there no matter how much I turn it up or down. I just turn the car off, open the door and restart it.
