The status has changed on our Durango Hellcat from D to E=framing, the dealer tells me. What is "E=framing"??? Sold my Challenger Widebody Hellcat and my Durango R/T, and are in Limbo, WAITING for our new "Deano"!!

It's the process needed before adding electrical, plumbing, and drywall. :ROFLMAO:

How long ago did you get your Vin with a D status into F status?

I got my vin assigned 2 weeks ago.

My experience is likely an outlier I ordered 11/14 and it took till this past weak to get out of D1...but it moved quickly to inspection...I think I ordered at just the wrong time...

Somebody should list the build codes and make it a sticky.

It just cracks me up when people ask, and my post was highly sarcastic. After all, it's been a sticky since September '14.
But you may well have to post that list again, in this thread, too.

Yep those machined face wheels are the standard...not my liking either. There is one option of an all black which in the world of corprate branding calls them "lights out"
Yeah and I just don’t understand those wheels on something like that. Jeep did much better with the TH wheels and look in my opinion. I also say to each their own and if the owner is happy that’s all that truly matters. I was just kind of shocked when I saw it.

As of yesterday, I have a set of tires and wheels left over from the Trackhawk I'm selling. If the Durango uses the same 295/45R20s and 20x10 wheels, that is.
Under 600 miles on them, Conti DWS06.

Are those really the wheels that Dodge is putting on the Hellcat Durango?!?

The ones on the gray one. Black with bright highlights. Unless you go with the black package.....
I'm not a huge fan either. Thing is, the black package wheels are the same wheels, just without the machined highlights. So you are actually paying more for less work on their end. For the cost of the black package, I'd rather put that money towards a set of forged billet monoblocks, so that's what I did. Should be here in a few weeks. The o.e. wheels will become my winter wheels with a set of Blizzacks. O.E. tires with less than 500 miles for sale soon.

I didn't mind black wheels when they started becoming popular some 20 years ago.
These days I'd rather not see another one.

That's not to say that 'm a fan of the ones in post number eight.

E - Frame. Metal is welded together to form the body and frame. The body is inspected at the end of this step to ensure it's within tolerances.
