Wondering if the previous owner is on here. Snatched up a beauty Hellcat over the weekend and said goodbye to my SRT. Bought it at Coatesville Kia in PA.

Wow - an F8, too. Must be pretty rare. My brother actually has the same exact color you had in your 392 and he just got it a few months ago. Beautiful truck (except that steering wheel 😂)

How many miles and how much, if you don’t mind me asking? Did you get scalped a little or was the dealer you bought from fair? I’d love to grab one of these in the future, but I fear they will all be too expensive or to beat up to waste my time on.

Had a little over 1,000 mi, got almost want I wanted for mine old durango and the HC was priced very close to what it is worth after all it did have about $5k in upgrade on top of options. It was very well kept. JLT and GT Haus was included.

The hellcat had the gt Haus included?
Yes and a JLT intake and fully tinted tail lights, windows and side markers. I have only heard a few other hellcat engines sound better but, those people have new aftermarket cams.

Do you know the previous owner? They took very well care of it! I consider myself extremely fortunate and grateful.

OP: what’s the update on your experience with the HC so far? Worth the upgrade? Initial thoughts?
Definitely an upgrade from the SRT! Haven’t had the time to really open it up but the whine is loud and amazing! Original owner showed 3.2sec in the 0-60 and low 11’s in the 1/4 on the SRT pages. Options included is the the Black Package, Premium Interior, Tow, Red Belts, HK stereo and a few others I could care less about.
Good weather today, should be able to wash and take some pics. Came with everything tinted already so no need to get that done. Honestly, it was a turn key deal. I wouldn’t do anything else to it.

I would like to get it dyno’d to see what it puts out! There is a local shop that does it, hopefully I can post some of those numbers soon.

I went from a 2021 SRT to a 2021 HC.

If you can swallow the fact you’re paying $30k for the engine, it’s worth it. Luckily, I got Laguna leather, towing/spare, and a sunroof out of the upgrade. Also got lane assist and adaptive cruise but I don’t use that stuff.

If you’re an adrenaline junkie, it’s definitely worth it. It’s very unsuspecting.. mash the throttle and hold on.

I use mine to commute; day to day they’re the same IMO. HC doesn’t shut down to 4 cylinder so you don’t have to deal with that. In the SRT, I could putt to work and average almost 16mpg. HC won’t break 12.9mpg.
