X-posted to hellcat garage forum as well.

Hey guys, looking for a possible fix, or a point in the right direction. I’ve got a 2020 Challenger Redeye with about 2k miles on it. The horn sounds very weak, whether I’m using the horn from the steering wheel, or from the fob. Battery is good to go. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I've had the same thought. I think its the tone they use for these cars. I am in to see what comes up too.

It’s weird, as I’ve seen videos of people starting their cars with the fob, and the horn just sounds like a normal horn. Mine sounds to be at about 50%. Is yours the same?
Mine is pretty quiet and so was the one in my 2017 Challenger HC. Of course, I am basing this comparison on the sound my Ram makes.

Not sure on the newer models but my 2015 Challenger has conventional horns and they sound about the same as all our other vehicles. If your horn sounds like one clear note rather than an obnoxious interference sound then maybe only one of the two horns are working.

When I lock with the fob, the short horn beep sounds normal (I think), but when try to get the attention of some jerk it sounds week from inside. I assumed it was good sound insulation.

Most likely only one of the two horns is firing. Had a similar experience after my Charger came back from the body shop. On the Charger, the horns are on either side of the hood release. I was able to squeeze my hand in there to wiggle the connector and that was enough to get it working. Worth a try!
