Took the center console out to see why both of my 12 volt outlets stop working. After removing the center console I found these two just laying unhooked. Where do they go?

Fuses are good keep 12 and 38

I'd say something for the auto cars but I don't recall seeing those when I had my car recently apart there, but they could have been tucked under the carpet.

I just had my car apart and those werent there, and I have a 16 manual. Seems you have something extra because there should be a large gray, one plug going to the tab under the gray one, and the plug you have after you pull the center console top off with the shift boot stuff/panel controls

Those are GM style weather pack connectors. I am guessing you bought your car used. I'd bet there are a matching pair of connectors underhood or some spliced wires in line.

Nitrous? Meth injection? Supplemental water pump for heat exchanger? Some other snake oil product?
