Have only had my 2021 Hellcat a little over a month and is completely stock. I hadn't seen these wires hanging down until today and have no idea what they are. Should I just push them back up or do I need to pay the dealership a visit? Thanks.

That is odd, I would investigate since they don't look stock. I would assume you bought the car used.

There are a couple of connectors on the back side of that plastic panel.

You have the headlight controls, dash brightness, and trunk pop button.
I thought one of those looks a bit like that.

Is all of that stuff working?

I agree with GreenMachine, trace what the wires go to if possible.

The dash end piece on the left side pops off (use plastic pry tool) and then remove two screws there.
Then that whole plastic panel will pop off.

That will give you a much better view up under there.

It really looks like a generic plug for a GPS or alarm, I see these alot in fleet vehicles. That is why I asked if it was bought new or used.

Looks like a cheap connector for a cheap alarm or remote start. Just rip the panel off right there under the steering column and take some more pics, it’s easy to remove. Also, I am not responsible if you decide to hulk the panel and break stuff. Please Pry Responsibly
