Having wheel hop problem. Discounting price, What is the best solution for wheel hop for a novice to install for my Challenger Redeye . AAD Wheel Hop Eliminator or BMR cradle lock with lower control arms or something else? I know neither choice is not an easy install , but was is the least painfull.

You need to INCREASE or DECREASE the traction substantially. Wheel hop should go away. Different tires, different surface or surface prep, or simply raise or lower tire pressure substantially should do it. But if you find yourself constantly in the situation where it occurs and are unable to change any of the above, then suspension changes might help. I have never done any of that stuff to my suspension. But I drag race and I figure out how to dead hook by using the proper tires etc. Maybe you are talking about on the street where I have no recent experience.
