Hey Gents.

I’ve ordered 6mm wheel spacers all around for my Widebody Charger as I’ve read the wheels can still come out a bit further to be flush with the flares.

My question is : what is the appropriate amount of spacer for the stock wheels to come out to the edge of the flare?

6mm in front?

I’ve read it’s more in the rear? If so- what’s required - longer studs and a hub centric 8mm or 10mm spacer?

The speed Logix 6mms are the max you can do without having a hub centric spacers (there is just barely a lip on sticking out for the rim to center)

I’m okay with making the investment in longer wheel studs and proper spacers if the rears needs a thicker spacer.

Any product suggestions welcome.

Lol. Yes . I am. Haha. I’m fairly certain it’s already been done. Either way, I’m willing to guinea pig- if it looks stupid I’ll be out a couple hundred bucks .

6mm leaves plenty of thread. I did it on my narrow body Hellcat. And I don’t think you read my post. I’d be willing to buy longer studs.

You don't need longer studs with 6 mm spacers, but the thread engagement will be right at the limit. Consider buying ET-style lug nuts: this way you will have the same thread engagements as stock.

Scrub radius, which has nothing to do with the turning radius...

I hardly think the 6mm would be worth it, but that's your call.

Personally I think the fronts are close to poking and, if anything, the rear just needs a 5 or 6mm spacer.

I think we've missed the point here. First, why are they needed? Do you have wheels NOT designed for this car? Why are you trying to jerry rig oddball wheels and tires? More importantly, what is the offset of the wheels now? We ARE talking only 1/4", right?????

Good to know. The car isn’t here yet. I have the 6mm spacers already. I’ll put them on the back and see how it looks.

Lol. No I don’t buy shit made in China. I do my best to no support communists - trust me - if you see how much of a shit hole Canada is becoming you’d understand that I’m hugely dedicated to buying USA made products and boycotting Chinese stuff.

My intention was to bring the stock wheels out flush with the edge of the flare . I did this on my narrow body with 6mm spacer- although the rear could have used an 8 mm spacer .

ThAts all- not looking to rice up my car - let’s not jump to conclusions lol.
