20x10.5 ET 20 is what clears the front sir, so either way in this case a 5 mm spacer is used to clear the front brakes.
Thanks for your response, what is the optimal offset for a set of oem replica wheels?
I'm pretty sure my PK Auto 20x11 rears have a 27mm
I was wrong.

So the more positive offset the more it sets back into the car. I have the 305's mounted up. Keeping the same offset at 18.5 mm with a wider wheel keeps the tire in the same realitive place.
No.
I will do an example wheel
Wheel A is two feet wide and has a zero offset. This means that the outer side of the rim will be twelve inches from the face of the hub.
Wheel B is one foot wide and has zero offset. This means the outer side of the rim will be six inches from the face of the hub.
On this extreme example, the same offset on two different width wheels will produce an increase of how far out the wheel protrudes that is exactly half the extra width of the wheel.
an 11 inch wheel is about 37mm wider overall than a 9.5" stock wheel.
If you use the 18.5mm offset of the stock wheel, you will end up with 37mm/2 more protrusion at the outer (and inner) edge of the wheel from the hub, so 13.5mm more protrusion.
The 21mm offset wheels don't protrude past the vertical plane of the fender. higher offsets will be inside even further.
I've read through this entire 5 paged Post/Topic and I don't see anywhere, someone sharing that the Front Offset of our Stock(2016 Chllngr Cat) has a different Offset than the Rear. So, they are the same I must presume?

True, all four wheels/tires on OEM interchangeable.
