When do you have to tune after mods?

Hey everyone,

Just wondering at what point you have to re-tune the car after doing mods..

Im going to be getting Jokerz to do the rebuild of the supercharger with the port and polish and most likely the larger TB. Also, a CAI is going on as well. Is that something that would need to be tuned again or is the air flow gained by that not enough to warrant a tune?

If the port job significantly improves airflow, tuning should be considered. Some TBs will bolt on and work fine, while others may require some tuning.
Are you planning to run a smaller pulley? I am not sure I've seen a ported/stock pulley'd blower in action. I think a pulley would optimize the porting results, and at that point a tune is a necessity.
I was thinking the same thing. If the mods add air, then I'd think that fueling should be checked too.

Just my opinion though!
