When's E85 Not E85

My Demon 170 has almost 500 miles on the odometer. The car arrived with a full tank of E-10. The dashboard display accurately confirmed the presence of E-10. How do I know? I was the one squeezing the nozzle on that initial fill. Since then I have run several tanks full of E-85 from QwikTrip. The inclusion of their E-85 finally topped out as E-59 on my display. This mystery was quickly solved when I went onto their website. Here is what I found:

E-85 fuel contains 51%-85% ethanol and the rest gasoline....

With E-59 the horsepower is capped at 1010.
Mine is E79 to E81 here in California. But with VP E85 out of the Pail it reads the exact same. So the sensor must be off a little.
