Thy just had this on ebay with no reserve for the last three days. Cheap Bastards just pulled it. I'm surethey were scared it wouldn't go higher. They started the auction for MSRP & it only had one bid. I was about ready to bid on it.

Wow, didn't know they had it on ebay. Would have watched it. I am pretty sure they would have sold the car over MSRP easy.

Thank you for letting us know.

If they waited until the last 12-24hrs before auction ends they would be forced to sell it to highest bidder. At that point they would not be able to cancel the auction

That was the first time they had it up. Didn't make their reserve. Then they put it back up without a reserve. I was impressed & gona bid today. Then they pulled it. Too bad. :(

Here was the second listing. It shows no bid but it did have one at the price shown. Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat eBay

I just passed up a (Torred probably) maybe Redline Red Challenger with Sepia Laguna leather for 5k over. If it had Black Laguna leather I think I would have gone for it. I don't know if it was an A8 or M6 though. Didn't care to ask.

The person in front of me ordered a red challenger but I think that was A8. He stepped back fromt he order before the car even arrived. He ordered in September.

I am not sure if Red and Sepia Laguna leather looks good.

I think you're seriously stretching the definition of the term "lead" in this case. ;)
I do not want to discourage anyone from posting a HellCat lead. It is up to the individual to decide what they are willing to/or can pay, and whether they feel like calling to negotiate a price. If it does not work out, so be it, but we don't know to even try unless people put out the initial lead. Just sayin' ... :D

I guess my point was you'd have to be pretty inept not to be able to find a marked up Hellcat on your own. They are everywhere and ridiculously easy to find. If we post every marked up "lead" it just creates a bunch of noise and gives airtime to the price gouging dealers. Just my two cents.

I understand your point, and part of me agrees. But there is also the off chance that if a marked up dealer gets enough negative calls that go nowhere, he just might realize that he is not going to move the car at that price, is getting a really bad rep out here on the internet, and will come down to a more reasonable price. Then, someone on the forum might be able to grab the car. I am probably being too hopeful, but, well ... there ya go. :)

I agree markup is not nice. Here is what the sticker said on the internet:

MSRP: 70,865
Millenium Package: 499
Mopar protection package: 699
Market adjustment: 12,000
Destinaiton charge: incl.

Price: 84,063

And I learned something new what market adjustment is. It just sucks that I have to keep waiting and waiting and they had another 2 HC in the meantime.

It will all end sooner than later, and the dealers that are profiting from absurd ADM's will ultimately suffer in the long run.
I have never once been to a "educated" dealer. Most don't know their ass from their elbow.
Ive decided to be patient and when I find one, I find one.
In the meantime I will enjoy my other toys.

when people stop paying ADM's they will go away.....i think Spring fever has hit along with Dodges announcement to stop orders which has caused the ADM issue to make a come back...a couple of months ago people were picking them up for MSRP a few times a week off dealer showroom floors.....now no one is
