Everybody,
My car is at the rail yard less then 1.5 hours away from me with no ETA to the dealership per RS. It WAS scheduled for delivery to the dealer yesterday 4/13.
Needless to say I'm chomping at the bit.
Who can I call and ask besides Ghostbuster's?
Who gives the release OK to leave the rail yard and get it to the dealership.
Any help would be appreciated.
I have car shows to go to......and burnouts to do.
(if this is my biggest problem, I don't have any problems)
So close.......I'm dyin' over here......please Dodge, Tim K., Ralph, TigWelder, F6F, Ironside, Tallcool1, Tammie, anybody...........lol

Yeah it was excruciating waiting over 2 months in the yard prison lol everyday like a big kid in the candy store getting teased with a candy dangling on fishing hook in front of your face

I feel where you are coming from! Knowing your baby is done and waiting for you is the killer. Our cars sat in Taylor Penitentiary for months and it was brutal! You are now at the mercy of the rail and truck peeps. My dealer did have a number to the trucking company and was able to contact them. I was able to get a number to the rail yard and my tracking number, but that is seriously a joke in itself. ResumeSpeed is the only one that was able to help me get any insight on the status of my ship. Of course, mine had to travel half way across the country.

Lol. My biggest concern is thunderstorms with hail. If I knew it was inside I wouldn't care. But I have a thunderstorm right over the airport as we speak. I would wince really hard if I got it looking like a golf ball.

My original ship date was 4-7. That got bumped to 4-13 (yesterday) which is when I got the call from the dealer that it had arrived. My dealer was able to track it using their tracking system at the dealership. Mine was held at the Niagara rail yard.

thanks hellcat 1 winston Salem rail yard just west of greensboro NC. Done know if your in that area or know someone who knows someone. It's an hour away from me , but how to get it out of jail is who I would love to get in touch with. And thank you all for the quick replys. You are all great.

Ugh ... I feel for you! I remember this part .. .so stressful! I really hope that they get you the car soon, this week would be fantastic! If you can get the car in time are you attending the SC, NC, Ga meet this Saturday? Would love to see you there! Heck, even if you don't get it in time to bring it, come hang out with us anyway! It is going to be a lot of fun!

^^^^^ I need a get out of jail free card. So what was everybody's rail jail time ? A week, a month? Seems kind of pointless when you have a customer throwing money at you for 9 months and now it comes to ......yep its right up the road, but you can't have it just yet.
