What did you order?I think Dodge really dropped the ball with their dealers. So many of them were unprepared with no knowledge of when order banks opened and how many allocations they were getting. I talked to several dealers in my 23 search that had NO idea they even had allocations or what to do with them. It seems Dodge could have made some training videos available on how the process works so the dealers didn’t look like flaming idiots when asked basic questions. Many customers knew more about the process than they did and it did not make for a smooth process. Kind of crazy with the amount of $$ consumers were expected to spend with limited info.
I also find it ridiculous that they couldn’t even get the website up to date on the release date.
I don’t think that is an unreasonable expectation but Dodge seems as prepared as many of the dealers for this MY rollout.
Im not disappointed, just surprised they (dealers and Dodge) were not ready
