Looks like Maryland tags on the Charger HC. Bates Trucking in located in DC Metro area

There was a Bates Trucking accident back in June 2016 killed a bicyclist

Is this car fixable or is it a write off? I know I wouldn't want to buy it after the shape it is in. It will never be the same car again.

Very sad. Doesn't look like anybody in the charger was really hurt. However the trash truck driver might have been hurt bad . Who
knows.
