Am I missing something. Other than parking in a way too tight spot that I would never do it doesn’t appear to me that he is in a handicap spot. The handicap spot appears to be sideways to the Hellcat.
The handicap person pulls in and essentially parallel parks and then has the crosshatch area to get out into and has a clear path to the ramp. The Walmart by my house has the spots at a 90 angle like that.
