One of my favorite things about my Challenger was the lack of Hellcat badging. Hard to even see the two on each side being on a black car. So only people who know what it is pay any attention.

Same here. I debadged my trackhawk so only those who know what yellow calipers mean know what it is.

I would be embarrassed to be driving around a "fake" car. Part of the fun of owning a vehicle with gobs of power, is knowing that you HAVE gobs of power. And those billboards cat stickers are distasteful on any car IMO, whether it is actually a Hellcat or not.

I won't lose any sleep over it but that doesn't mean I won't criticize it. I'd criticize someone that put that ridiculous cat head sticker on a legit Hellcat and putting it on a non-Hellcat takes it to a whole new level.

Besides, isn't it hypocritical to criticize the people who care about a guy who puts a Hellcat sticker on a non-Hellcat but not criticize yourself for caring about why people are critical?

I'm in California and my Challenger Hellcat identifies as a Prius. I have sent a letter to the California DMV asking that they acknowledge my cars true identity and adjust my fee's accordingly. It's not my fault that my car was wrongly identified as a Hellcat when it was assembled by Dodge. Not sure who Dodge thinks it is to label my vehicle as a Hellcat and not allow it to find its own identity.

I had an up badged R/T revving up next to me wanting to play..I mean I'd at last keep my head down if I were him, but that SHOWS the capacity of their brains and is all telling why they do this in the first place. The best I seen thu was an SXT challenger up badged to..a DEMON!! with his 245 tires🤮...what made me twitch a group of people that didnt know better were eyeing in dis beleive that it was demon

I took it a step farther, since the Trackhawk was by far the most limited Jeep I'd ever owned.

They always put young people to work in produce due to the amount of box kicking involved. That car looks like a broccoli stocker special.

I debadged the rear and keep my fenders….the black (like mine) I feel, is wonderfully understated and yet shines/sticks out! And yes, those in the know….!
