my front wheels rubbing on the suspension and on the passenger side i have cut the cable from the shock.

driver side the wheel rubbing on the tensions arm, passenger side on the swaybar

anybody have same issue?

First I've heard of this with factory wheels and tires. Get it in the shop ASAP.

Good catch! You can't miss that flag. We "wish" they put Michelins on stock!

Stock wheels with 315 tyre, some rubbering on the passenger side are from the tyre....but the wheels rubber also.

I noticed it back in July. I do hear the rubbing and get a lil feedback from my steering wheel. It is happening at low speeds like pulling into a parking spot or just cutting the wheel sharply. I have a discussion on it on my page. I bought the car back in April and honestly couldn’t tell if it was there or not when I bought the car but from where the paint is rubbed off my sway bar it has pits in the metal from it rusting and it has been kept in my garage since I brought it home never put in the weather. And even when it sits for a week it doesn’t build up rust on the bare metal soooo that makes me think it may have already been rubbing.

Not true, spacers not required. I put 315/35 PS4Ss on and had a slight rub on the inner fender liner in front, very slight.
I replaced those with 315/30 PS4Ss and no rubbing at all. They work best of any tire I've tried so far. Rims don't rub anywhere.
Curious what the OPs alignment specs are.

I have 315/35/20 Conti's front and rear with no rubbing, easy fit. You have an issue the dealer needs to address not because of the tire but because of the wheel itself. They'll jerk you off for non factory tire size but the big issue is the factory wheel rubbing.
