2023 should be the last year of this platform. My money says there’s a Demon-esque swan song coming.

I hope you're right... but would be hard to believe given it would be the last year of the platform... but would love to see a SC 426 Hellephant with SS drivetrain!

I like you're thinking. They could have a SC version and an NA version, but they should give it an obnoxiously oversized hood scoop as one last FU to the rest of the world.

I think it's exactly why they would do it. Last year of this platform, one year model special something or other. Prob same engine config but with a twist for the one last year. No way will the 426 happen but maybe something to put a stamp on the 'in your face' Ice age kings of hp reputation on the way out the door.

I would laugh if they brought out a 600 cubic inch V12 Hemi with a clutched supercharger that turned at 1800 RPM (redline) and got 30mpg. OMG the torque. They'd have to put a torque- reduction gear on it (to spin the output up to, say, 5400RPM BEFORE the transmission, to avoid having a to put an Eaton or Fuller in it...
They say you get a 1 percent increase in efficiency for every 100 RPM you drop in the diesel engine industry, so that would be a 47 percent increase in efficiency right out of the gate.

All the masculinity, fun and America-hating sissies at Mopar would have a c-c-c-crisisssss!

If it got 700hp, that would be 2081 ft-lbs before any reduction gear! OMG.
