So I've realized that dodge had made some adjustments to the 2021 model year charger and pulled an extra 10hp out of the stock motor through air ducts on and below the front grill. I was wondering if any aftermarket intake would improve that number? I understand it will make the SC louder but is there any performance to gain from it after dodges alterations?

That's what I was thinking. The only reason I would buy it would be to dress the motor up with a little carbon fiber. My concern would be that I may lose some power doing so because the way the redesigned the intake on the 21 models

I honestly wouldn't do it. The only reason I even did mine was simply for the louder blower whine, (closed airbox) I could careless about the minimal/if any performance gains.
