As the Demon has gone the way of the Dodo I don't think it matters much who owned it or what the production number is (if it isn't the first or the last it doesn't matter). If a well know celebrity owned it then that would add value regardless. From strictly the model and trim package it's a premium for a pretty basic Demon, Seems to have been built for the track and not a daily with no passenger or back seat so I'm not sure what you mean by it's his personal car.
I'd look at Demon's like Cuda's; the less mileage, more OE parts, condition is excellent, then I expect the car to only increase in value. I don't think anyone is going to sell theirs for less than sticker unless it's in poor condition or they need to sell it. Most Demon owners probably won't fall in the 'need to sell it' category. Put it on blocks and in 40 years it's a million dollar car, even with light driving and well maintained I expect it to go up in value over the next 10 years as almost all production cars are going electric. The Demon is a collector's car from the start and when the stopped production it only added value.
