Call me crazy but I LOVE the yellow calipers on the Trackhawk. Being the DDHC really doesn't set itself apart from other Durangos I was wondering if anyone with a Durango has done yellow calipers? If so, any photos? I'm contemplating doing it but haven't seen it done yet.

I also wondered why the Durango Hellcat stuck with Red Calipers? They are Trackhawk calipers, just the standard bright red. Trackhawks/DDHC use larger front calipers and the same rear caliper vs the standard 392 SRT sport utilities.

Yep. And I understand not everyone wants to set themselves apart. But, I do think yellow calipers on the DDHC would get peoples attention. Right now they're damn near identical visual wise to a base model durango.

Is there a color code for the yellow brembos?

Nothing looks right aside from red to me. Not sure why but all of the yellows and orange just look ricer to me. I don't even know why lol. Maybe just growing up and mostly seeing the red has just conditioned me.

I personally hate the color red, so I'm always down for ANY color that isn't red...

Unfortunately, my lovely Indigo Blue Redeye has the fugly :poop: red calipers

Anywho....here's some yellow caliper for ya...

I have the black package so these would be my wheels. I think the yellow against all back would look great!
Thanks for finding these photos! I looked pretty hard without much luck.

So I could put yellow calipers on it.

Do you know the paint code for the yellow color? Thanks.
I don't, but you made me chuckle, so thanks for that. I had yellow Brembo calipers on my C5 back in the day. I bought them in black and had them painted Milineum yellow to match the car exactly. That whole car was over the top, so it worked. Now that I'm a bit older and wiser, the last thing I want is to draw attention to myself.

Damn! Awesome Vette. See, I knew deep down you liked my Idea…..at some point….. We obviously both have great taste with the yellow calipers. If the price isn’t astronomical I’ll be doing it. I know the hard part right now is trying to find a body shop that isn’t weeks & weeks out.

I didn't have to find the photos, I just used Photoshop to edit them :devilish:

As for the cost, you can get them painted/powdercoated for under $1000 in most locales, it's just the headache/hassle of having to take them off (some places will paint them on the car of course).
