Plastic panel under hood release.

I'm going to mount my front facing camera today. Does the plastic panel with the drink holders come off easy?
Thanks in advance I'd rather work top down rather than from the bottom up.

Never mind it came off very easy but running lines up there a pia. Every thing out to front grills are pretty much covered for air management. Not a lot of room to work on these cars for sure.

I just mounted front parking sensors, talk about a PIA, looks good though
