So I'm wondering if it is safe to use the Aero Cosmetics waterless wash and was on the Brass Monkey wheels while they are still on the car.

I mean I'm fairly certain the product itself is safe for the wheel my concern is over spray on the rotors and caliper and not being able to wipe it off of those surfaces.

Has anyone used this product on their wheels while on the vehicle or what is everyone's opinion regarding potential problems because of over spray?

Man, been a while since I looked at the detailing forum, doesn't look like a lot of traction here which is a shame.

Yes, it is fine to use on the wheels, my advice would be to not drench the rotors with it, but if it gets on there it will be fine. An alternate method of doing it is to do it like a pure "rinseless" wash, meaning you dilute the solution in a bucket and dip in a microfiber or wash mitt and then attack the wheel that way vs. spraying it on. That's typically the way I do my rinseless washes.
