Maybe. But maybe not. Not every high performance car crash is the fault of the driver. I lost a 4 week old new 2008 Cayman S -- it was totaled -- when enother driver lost control of her car in the rain and practically t-boned my car. And I was stopped. She crossed over the yellow line and two lanes to nail my car that was stopped in the right hand turn lane.

No help needed. Just sad about my car. I live in ga. Also, I'm in my late 30s. I was going too fast in a curve and I broke loose. Oversteered and shot me into the trees.

Judging from the fact the car slid off the road, I am guessing the tires are the Pirellis.
