Update: I brought it to a lift shop, and they are recommending that I get a smaller tire or get a lift kit from a Mustang that would lift it 3 inches. It would look strange, though, but they told me that they are trying to find another solution for this issue. Also, they confirmed that the springs are stock and it is not lowered at all, even though the technicians are confused about why this is happening. Hopefully, they find a solution soon because I don't want to have to get another set of tires

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh, that answers things. Seriously, I didn't see much rubbing and since it's plastic. mine just wore down and was ok.
do you think if i take off the fender liner plastic that may be the issue because i still have the old one from the slimbody and i heard that the widebody fender flares are an inch taller
 
Ok, just seems like a lot of trouble, expense, mods, lower resale, etc. If you really wanted a WB, you could have just bought one. Personally, I prefer NB for a lot of reasons. Good luck.
