given if i dont do burnouts daily, dont track, do drive aggressive daily.

Also is there anyway FCA can tell if i dont install OEM pads at lease end?

I am still running front brake pads on my VW with about 80k. The rears just changed with a little less. I do mostly highway. I should not think Hellcat would be any different. I would say 30-40k is good for most people, some of those people who drive 70 with one foot on the brake like you see on the highway will do much worse,

Coming up to 40k on my originals...

Your choice on replacement pads...OEM or other

FWIW....just changed over to the Z23's all around. The OEM's...at about 9700 miles...had 50%+ on the fronts and 90% on the rears remaining. No hard braking or track use. Rotors looked good as well.

I agree with ArchGE. Brake pads are wear and tear items. They cannot question anything as they don't cover it in the first place. If you were to follow every thing they said, I have heard the dealer recommending changing the discs with a brake pad change also, which is just a way to earn more income. It is all recommendations and you can gladly deny and take the aftermarket path for similar performance with other benefits such as low brake dust.

The reason why i asked is i seen contracts before from other manufactures that you have to replace tires with the same grade level. Although in my lease contract FCA only indicated 4 matching tires. Also does that mean i can return the lease do streetable drag like the 555R?

You'd run 555Rs all the way around? If they don't catch it you'd probably be good. But their point will be that they want to have (Y) rated tires (not Y, the parenthesis matter) on the car so they can put it on the lot without any performance restrictions. (Y) is rated over 189 MPH; Y is rated up to 189. The 275 555Rs are rated to 149 mph only.

I do a burnout like once a week not at the track and go to the track at least 2 times a month. 4600 miles on the OD and I am no where close to even half gone. I didn't measure them before I started but they are almost similar to the front wear wise. Some difference but not by a whole lot
