Measured at lowest point which is the gray plastic on the bottom of the door sill. Doesn't look like anything is lower than that on the under chassis either.

 

He's looking for the bottom of the door itself. Enclosed trailer inner fender may impede the door when opening.

I do not have measurements, but my door would not clear. I put a 2 x 12 down, it barely cleared, could almost get a finger under the door. Put a 1 x 12 on top of the 2 x 12, then E track on top of that. Probably a better way but it works. It does tie down solid. Maybe that helps?
