Ok so im about to spend roughly $10,000 on a set of forgeline wheels for my hellcat challenger, I plan on installing a set of phillips performance lil devil flares and will be having the wheels made to fit with the flares. Im trying to get as much extra tire as possible without rubbing (I plan on ocassionally road racing). I really dont want to screw up the wheel specs given how much im spending on them.

My question is, what is the widest wheel I can run without rubbing under any circumstances with the lil devil flares? My main concern is with the front wheels. I hear some people say 10, others say 10.5. The phillips perforamance website says 10 inch front is the max with a 6.5mm offset, but I hear of people running wider wheels than that on the front without the flares and not having issues.

If anyone has custom wheels made for lil devil flares, please share your wheel specs and whether or not your tires rub!

Any input is greatly appreciated

If you've read many posts here, you'll realize that some cars are different than others; at least the Narrow Bodies. Secondly, what does Tire Rack or Discount Tire recommend? A lot of Chargers had trouble with the 315/35 Michelin PS4 on the back, but mine just rubbed a tiny bit after driving them for thousands of miles.

I'll post up pictures as soon as I can. just getting the flares out of paint today and I bought these michelin's from a forum member here. once I get all components here I'll mount them up. That said I have seen this exact same setup on another challenger and the owner claims to have had to do no modifications at all. that remains to be seen and I will let the all know.

Got my HR5’5 from Paul. 11’s that I mounted Nitto 315’s with Phillips flares. I can still go wider outboard.
