Was that with 93 oct? I'm trying to locate some info on running this pulley with 91 oct fuel since that's all I have access to.
I'm in lovely California so I don't have immediate access to 93, however - we have E85 locally in most places so I mix 14 gallons of 91 with 1.5 gallons which puts the octane right around 92.5.
It will work on 91, potential won't be as high as the 93 guys. I'd suspect a 45-50 crank gain as opposed to the 70 crank most folks get.

Thanks for the response. I'm in Bakersfield and we have a couple of E stations. I'll have to try mixing a little.

Don't take my advice as perfect, most of my tuning abilities and data logging has come from the BMW N54/N55 side of the world and this technique is what I've used to run and log 93 tunes on that platform with no issues. I actually have seen a 2-3 MPH increase with a simple blend on a setup that is pulling timing because of low fuel quality.

Since your unlocking your pcm, an ati 10%od is cheaper and gains 1 more pound of boost, would that not have made more sense?

I only have access to 91 as well and Ripa has confirmed with me in writing that as long as you have a NON-Redeye smaller displacement blower the incognito is totally safe. If you have a redeye then you would require a tune to run the incognito safely.

Thanks for the confirmation. I'm going to assume you have one installed. What kind of gains did you see or feel?

Had mine for little over a month. Don’t have any numbers to give but there’s definitely a big difference. Car goes hard now. Very pleased with it. We have 93 here and some 94 that’s all I run

oof! I would love to have 94 octane on tap! I typically add a little boostane to my pump 91 to make a cocktail. I try to make 92-93 octane per tank. I use the boostane professional stuff which is a little more potent than the regular mix. Ideally I would like to get flex tuned via Kurt Dusterhoff and just run E85 all the the in combo with the incognito.

I already have 2.85 upper what would be the upside and downside of running the incognito sleeve? real world not what some dealer trying to sell me on it...I searched and find a good answer or even the correct belt if I was to try it

No downside besides you can’t run 93.
Wrong, you can run 93 with a 2.85 and a 10%od ATI lower. The ATI will give you one more pound of boost than that glue on incognito.....

You would 100% have to retune.

FWIW, I've had CAI, QTP cat back and incognito since the incognito came out which is two years this January 22?

It was my safe way of adding and no, I would not take it off if it was the cause of an issue. You play you pay.

I am now ready for a tune and if I go beyond that u will pin the crank. I like what I see with a modest upper and injectors. That would be my next step.

Why not just do it in one step, no reason than other I prefer one step at a time.

As it is, I am already replacing my Michelin Pilot Sports I installed late May. Lol

I don't like the idea of bolting a pulley over the harmonic damper. I have it on my TRX but I'm taking it off and doing upper pulley. Not sure if it's a good idea to do that to a harmonic damper. Sure it looks to spin true and have no runout but that doesn't mean it couldn't disrupt the ability for the harmonic damper to do its job.

What belt size would I need if I was going to pair the Incognito lower pulley with a Metco 2.85 or 2.95? Metco doesn’t seem to have any info on the Ripatuned lower pulley.
2.85 upper and incognito here but also put spacer's and blanket...but it worked fine with just the 2.85 and sleeve
