Hello, guys, I'm in the market for a Charger Hellcat I live in California and I have found a dealer special offering for a 2019 Charger Hellcat for $499 a month, $4999 down and 10k miles a year, for 39 months. For those of you that have leased before is this a good deal or what would you try to negotiate down. Also if you know any good Dodge dealers in California I would appreciate it if you shared with me. Looking forward to being a Hellcat soon. Thanks

$24,500 to drive a new 19 hellcat for 39 months , at the end af the day that’s probably less then the cost buying one and selling it 39 months
If you love the car you can always purchase it from the leasing company for market value at that time ,

What is your residual on that lease? I am getting ready to lease a 2019 challenger HC. Only options i want are laguna leather and AutoTrans. that makes the sticker around $69500. I am being told $760/mo (that includes tax) after putting $3k down. this is the 39month/10Kmiles per year. they told me the residual on the 2019 challenger HCs is 55% of MSRP. At the end of my lease term, I can purchase the car for just under $39K. I only drive about 3-4K miles per year. the lease became attractive to me when i started initially looking at 2-3 year old challenger HCs were upper $40Ks or even low $50Ks with anywhere from 10K to 20K miles.

I initially found a 2016 challenger HC, 15K miles. In service date was March of 2016, so the 3/36K warranty is up in 3months (March of 2019). I know the finance manager at a large Dodge dealership and he said he can give the same deal that he gets, which is $500 above what they have into it. They gave the previous owner $48500, so I could have it for $49K. Buying a car like a HC used with no warranty just doesn;t seem smart, so when I started pricing warranties from mopar, the costs just kept adding up...so started looking into lease.

I have seen these guys on forums/youtube talking about getting into a new HC for $5xx/month. Using a lease calculator, the only way the math works is if you put down $8K or more...not sure how that's possible...unless the residual gets bumped really high, but that defeats my purpose of purchasing when the lease ends. Here is a lease calculator you can use to play with the numbers: Auto Lease Calculator. Have you actually sat down with the dealer offering the $499/mo deal? A few weeks ago, I found a dealer with a new 2018 challenger HC with just options I wanted. Over the phone, they told $0 down, $750/mo (39 months / 10K miles per year). It was $0 down, but then they had $8K in BS fees they neglected to tell me about initially....be weary....

Man that sounds high... I just leased a 2018 widebody hellcat with pretty much every option available $78,875 msrp for $800 a month / 39 months / 10k a year. no money down except the first months payment. Sure you want a 19?

Yeah not sure on the reasoning of not offering the laguna leather but the 2019 also has the power-bulge aluminum hood with heat extractors to go with the wide body and 305's.
Ordered 2019 Black Widebody Challenger scatpack today with red brake calipers. Gonna do Mopar/Katzkin full leather package. Dealer will put it on when the vehicle arrives to them (Accessories). got a pretty good deal. the leather package is $1200. Including the leather, I am at $48500 before tax. He told me I could also get more $$ off depending what the incentives from Dodge are at the time of delivery. today, Dodge offers $750 rebate on Scatpacks. Hopefully that incentive is still there when my vehicle arrives...no guarantees

Hah he just ordered it bro. It’s a widebody.. It will take 10 to 12 weeks for delivery. 50K good deal. I paid 76K that’s tax + Gas guzzler + delivery and everything for my 19’ HC Charger. The hellcat is expensive. I did have my 17’ 392 nearly paid off... they gave me 36K for that... it had 22500 miles

You’ll have a lot of fun with the Scat. The 392 exhaust note is like music to your ears. So sweet.

Most sales people know nothing about numbers so they tell you what you want to hear then some finance manager comes along and tells you what you need to pay.

Rare but sometimes a car lease broker can actually get a decent lease price. Doesn't hurt to compare it to your $770 a month zero down (fees) which is what you are paying essentially.

I came in here to see if I got a good deal. I always do a bunch of research before a purchase so I will post my deal so others can use as a reference.
I just leased a 2019 charger HC my MSRP was 69k
3 year 10k miles a year
3k down 749.99 tax in (they also paid the last month of my last lease$539.00)
South Florida

Yeah that’s reasonable. I purchased my 19 HC Charger. 69k msrp too

How do you get these amazing rates with little to no money down?? Does anyone have any recommendation on dealers in the Northern/Southern California area?

I'm quoted at $830+ a month on a 36 month lease, 10K miles, $1,000 down from a dealer in Southern California that has over 5 2019 hellcat chargers in stock...:(

I'd like to know as well. I'm sure it happens but I haven't lucked into it yet and we're in a good closing Q1 timeframe to negotiate. Doing math : on the agreed sale price minus residual value = depreciation cost which is what the lease payment is, divided by the lease term added with the money factor * 2400, I'd imagine that'd be the theoretical minimum monthly payment. The two scenarios there is that the dealer is taking a loss on the car which is highly unlikely unless there's a quota in play or the agreed price was sufficiently above what the dealer paid. I'm a nationwide shopper and California had some pretty low MSRP quotes to negotiate down from, probably due to the sales tax being what, 9%? Man, I wish I was at my home workstation or I'd give you the exact dealers but I do remember the one I was closest to a deal on was in Anaheim. They wouldn't negotiate remotely so I just moved on, but they were reasonable.
