Usually, but not always and not for everyone. I paid off my mortgage last fall (2.75% fixed). I kept a cash reserve this winter and paid cash for the RE in the spring. You would not have been the only person thinking these moves were foolish. But... Had I kept the mortgage and financed the HC, the cash would have remained in he market and would have lost 25-30%. These two moves saved a crapload of $!!!I got 0.00% financing...only a fool would pay cash when offered financing like that
I think I am a lot like you, get very upset over things that should not be happening and we do not control. We need to take care of ourselves and loved ones, and focus on what we can do and not fret over the rest. Let me know your local watering hole and I'll buy you a double scotch if it will help!No kidding, it's disgusting watching what is happening.
I don't even want to get into it, I'll just end up bashing the demoncraps here and that never gets me anywhere, it's like hitting a hornet's nest with a stick. A big nest full of really stupid and angry hornets, that are mostly angry because they are so stupid.
I'd rather try to stick a wet noodle up a bobcat's butthole in a phone both naked than have a discussion with another ill-informed idiot from the radical left.
LOL! I'm and old guy and have visited Dell a couple times like 15-20 years ago! I hoped I could help you relax and gain perspective by calling your watering hole and buying one to help!If you are ever in Austin, I'll show you some cool spots. I'm in Round Rock actually by Dell, which is fine because that's where all the cougar pussy hangs out anyway as they have to get home to their kids at the end of the evening. 😆
Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't know.Low IQ
Historically, the market always comes back, eventually. Have to wonder how long we can keep saying that. What is happening now to our country is unfathomable and not just economically but in all aspects…
