I recently had a new 2023 Super Stock arrive at the dealership enclosed and was advised by the transport driver they all deliver enclosed as did 2018 Demons to prevent tire damage due to the soft tire compound

Well remember if cars are shipped from Brampton enclosed I wont see them cause they are hidden behind the tarp. However I can say that I have seen dozens of open trailers crossing the Ambassador Bridge with SRT cars from Brampton this year alone on open. It sounds to me like the enclosed carriers are not required but that carrier may use enclosed for carrier convenience as I described above. My office sits high above the Norfolk Southern rail yard and I can see them loading cars for rail shipment from my office and they were all open trailers.

Were there more SRT cars on that truck? That carrier does not look like one of the OEM's contract carrier and more like a one off? Who know though cause the trucking profession is down with drivers by 20% nation wide so they may be forced to use whoever they can get. Jack Cooper and Cassen's are huge though.

Honestly I am more optimistic now that all sold orders cars will get built. We are seeing constistent building every day now. They may not be hitting the target number everyday but they are building every day.

Just curious, when you got notified that your vehcile was in prodcution, what did your notificiation say was the estiamted ship date which should have been included also? Mine says October 9th but have heard nothing. Thank you.

Mine showed production started July 25 and estimated delivery TBD.

A friend of my son sent us a video last night and claims he found a 170 on Woodward last night. It was Sinamon stick. These are screen shots from his video. I have no way to verify other than the young man’s word that he saw it. At first I thought maybe this was Lenos car from the Dream Cruise back in August however his vid was dated yesterday. Sorry the pics are a little blury but when you screen shot a vid from an Iphone thats what happens. The wheels dont look right to me so I question the authenticity of the vidoe/pics.
