Hmmmmmmm, I wonder who helped you for countless hours over weeks to get you car back on the road and walked you through what to do? Not even a THANK YOU at the end my friend, NICE!!
I Hope it lasts for you and you learned allot from my help as I didn’t expect anything for the countless hours I spent helping you but a thank you would have been nice. Your on your own next time my friend.
Apologies if I did not mention your name, Thank you for all you did for me.

I finally just got my upper pulley off as well - after a couple weeks of trying! The heat gun trick didn't work for me. I tried that as well as an oven. I found that both heated both the pulley and the inner bolt that it was attached to. Thus, I found a small heat plate attachment for my soldering iron that allowed me to just heat the inside of the pulley to get the outer part to expand. I also bolted down the rear with the Metco tool and used red loctite on the rear bolt for extra assurance. And my cordless impact wrench wasn't doing the job, so I went out and purchased a new Aircat impact wrench with not only high torque but the highest blows per min I could find (1400). Came off easily with a couple of quick hits. This after weeks of trying different methods. Thanks for all of the tips!
