Pretty sure the anti-carjacking feature is already built into the base alarm unit, no credit card fob required.

Simply curious, would having this IGLA anti-theft system installed in our Hellcats hurt resale value???

I'm not sure if someone may want a car with an antitheft device on it but it could be in there favor since these cars are being stolen often.

Has anyone had installed on a 2022 with the new factory security system, I had installed on mine (prod date 6/22) and had issues. They swapped out with second unit more issues. Had it removed. Curious because i feel it is a great option (if working correctly) and thought maybe needed some software update for newer models ?

Hi everybody, im new to this forum but I recently bought a 21 charger redeye and i just recently had the IGLA system installed. Everything works as it should. The remote start works and I was told that the IGLA system also prevents thieves from cloning a key. I also recommend destroyer 1320 neutral strap block plate as well. If you guys are in SoCal and want the IGLA system installed or have any questions regarding it, here is the contact to the installer. I found him through the Ram TRX forums. It was a mission trying to find a installer here in SoCal. So when i found an installer here in SoCal, i jumped on it. You can email or text him. I texted him. Hopefully this helps anyone who is interested. Cheers!

I also have a 21 RE and had no problems with installation. I suspected they might have problems with the 22 because they come from the factory with the security update already done. In the Detroit area the installers have had meetings with some of the tech people from Dodge. They might have better knowledge of this problem.

Can you tell me if the perimeter/bump/tilt feature works with the $1,200 unit or is that separate? Also saw this and curious if this is available in US.

Alarm notification standard or additional siren, PUSH notification subject to availability of an additional COMPASS GSM/GPS-module

Yes the bump and tilt features work with the $1200 system. The glass breakage alarm works for any window. No need to have the dealer lock out the key generator either because this locks it out electronically. So if you ever need a new key programmed the dealer can do it. You just need to slip a battery into the supplied bypass control and put it on your Keychain. That also allows the dealer to start the car as if the system is not even on the car and do any maintenance.

Check out the carcatcreations kill switch kit. Put this one on my kitty, although I did not use the recommended locations for the switches... Pretty easy install, and doesn't damage the factory wiring if you ever want/need to switch it back. Retains factory auto start as well.

Get the RF Hub lockdown done on your car too, if you haven't yet. And a neutral pull cover, or disconnect underneath... Layer your protection.
